 Can someone please give me a explanation on how to open these files, and 
 how to use them!!!  I am not a computer idiot but these types of files have 
 addled me for YEARS!!  I know about Yenc and zip files but what the heck 
 are these RAR and PAR files and how the heck do you open them??? It 
 shouldn't take rocket science to open and use files. I use XNews if that
