 Hello all, 
  
 I have a question about posts not showing up on certain servers. 
  
 When I replied to four posts in news.groups.proposals I noticed late 
 that  all four of my replies show up on groups.google.com but my ISP 
 news server (news.netins.net) is only showing one of my replies. That is 
 the server I am sending this post from. 
  
 Is there a reason why some news servers miss some posts? 
  
 My posts all show up on the news.killfile.org, as I expected. 
  
 AS a side note news.netins.net does not require a login/password from 
 me. I asked a rep at my ISP about that and he verified it is an open 
 server. I just thought it was really odd for an ISP to allow anyone to 
 join. I requested he add news.groups.proposals and he did that. Anyway 
 it has nothing to do with my question, I just thought it was strange.
