Almost everything! ;)) What you quoted between those [] looks to me like
something relating to a draft of a reply (by e-mail rather than in the
newsgroup?) from someone called "Rodolfo Medina" - it says nothing at all
about "Carl Sagen" apart from his e-mail address (which everyone can see
anyway, although Google Groups users may have to get through a stupid
'anti-bot detector' first).
The way to see the complete 'headers' when reading via the Google Groups
interface, is to click on 'Show Original' in the coloured area at the top
of the article concerned.
Your headers indicate that you reached Google using a computer connected
to the internet via an ISP account provided by 'Freenet Cityline GmbH' of
Kiel, Germany, and that you seem to be using the Firefox web browser on a
Linux system. Google Groups is /not/ particularly 'anonymous'.
