You're in the wrong newsgroup; this is a group for questions
about how newsgroups work.
Since you're using Google Groups, it should be easy for you to
find a better group -- just put some keywords in (like "asthma"
or "diet") and see what newsgroups it recommends. If you get
stuck, try sci.med.

But as for your original question, I think you're asking the
wrong question. Asthma that is preventing exercise is
inadequately controlled. You need to be asking your doctor what
you can do to get your asthma under better control (or asking for
a referral to a specialist if necessary).
