Generally, people seem to either honour or ignore the xnay, and make no
other mention of it either way. Any other behaviour will look 'odd'.
If you don't honour someone's xnay, be prepared to get requests to 'nuke'
your own article from Google Groups if you include whatever it is the OP
doesn't want archived.
