They are binary attchments which have been encoded using the yEnc
protocol. Either get a newsreader which can decode yEnc (which means
almost any other than OE or Free Agent) or save the parts as textfiles
and use a freeware yEnc decoder, of which there are several available
from www.yenc.org. In the latter case you may have to join the parts
manually.
