 Is there somewhere that I can get a list of acronyms which are specific 
 to uUenet's subject prefix? I mean, most people already know that a 
 subject title precede with OT usually means the posted message is "Off 
 Topic". If there is a cross reference dictionary somewhere for this type 
 of abbreviation, please let me know.
