 A group of people wish to create a new Usenet newsgroup, but we are 
 floundering fish to these new waters and need advice/guidance. We have 
 a proposal for the general content and goals for the group. Due to our 
 experience in a few other groups, we wish to incorporate some level of 
 moderation and this is where we are scratching our heads. We don't 
 know how to proceed with this aspect of creating and managing a group. 
  
 We are aware that the two main choices are 'robomoderation' and 
 'retromoderation'. What we don't know is the mechanics and logistics 
 of how this works and how to proceed in incorporating one or the other 
 into a newsgroup. 
  
 Thus I post this plea for help to these newsgroups.
