Can it be that "Seuca" is actually Valea Seaca? Seemingly less
than 10 km from Kir€lyh€za/Korolevo, but on the other side of
the Ukrainian-Rumanian border. Have you ever contacted state
archives in Beregovo and Hust (the closest major localities to
Vinogradov)? As for the locality which is now in Romania, I
guess contacting city hall and archive authorities in Sighetul
Marmatiei or in Baia Mare and perhaps in Satu Mare would be of
 some help.

Also take into consideration the modern Hung. spelling Bilce
and Bilec (at the same time, these are the Slavic spellings,
i.g. in Slovakian). It is highly probable that your name is
a Slavic one, Bilec ("bee-lets") (or Bjelec? ("byeh-lets")).
A Slavic newsgroup will give you good explanations on this
 (esp. Slovak, Ukrainian, Czech, Polish).

And, of course, Hungarian newsgroups as well.

Then your ethnic background might be rather Ukrainian or
Rumanian, i.e. of Magyarized Ukrainians or Rumanians.

Well, most of those included in the list do have something
related to the Ugocsa-Maram€ros/Maramuresh area or neighboring
areas (even if only the name of the street, such as "Bihari
utca"). Highly probable that some of them are relatives of
 yours.

PS: I see you've already put your questions in various genealogy
 groups.
