Because people who use such a header either fail to understand how Usenet
works, or willingly sabotage fruitful communication.
For one, they make reading Usenet via Google Groups rather uncomfortable.
On the other hand, usually people who use it send quite a many other
bogosity signals (incorrect From field, pointless crossposting,
uppercase-only or lowercase only writing, etc.) as well, so it's fairly
easy to ignore them (you) with a simple Click & Plonk technology. HTH.
