 Since you're using Google Groups, a good place to ask questions like this 
 is google.public.support.general.  Nobody from Google posts there, as far 
 as I know, but some of the regular posters do know a lot. 
  
 Another good place to visit is the Google forum at Webmaster World 
 .  Make sure you read their FAQ. 
 There's a link to it near the top of the forum page.
