 "Full manual controls" is what the RFD says.  To me that would mean three 
 or more apertures selectable by the user, three or more shutter speeds, 
 manual focus.  It would mean the ability to override all aspects of the 
 automation provided by the camera. 
  
 I don't see any need to add this sort of detail to the RFD, though.
