 In that case, I'd assume that Google is the ISP and complain to them. 
 (Yes, I know that historically that's been about as effective as 
 complaining to a brick wall, but until recently nobody outside the 
 company has owned stock in Google.  Maybe if a shareholder was to 
 complain, something might happen?)
