 We'd probably be willing to do a rename of sci.biology.misc to 
 sci.biology.  Or possibly even just add the latter.  I'm talking 
 off the top of my head here.  We haven't really discussed anything 
 like this.  On the other question, I was only answering "feasibility." 
 We would probably let such a proposal go to RFD, but I tend to doubt
