 This is (at least partly) automatable - in de.* 
 this procedure is used in some cases (when there 
 is vote fraud feared). So the german voting software 
 UseVoteGer supports it. 
  
 But: this is also automatable on the voter side, 
 so anyone with more addresses can vote automatically 
 as often as he wants.
