 Haven't checked lately. 
  
 The guy is pretty clearly seriously mentally ill.  Some ISPs will cut 
 people slack over that rather than cut the person's possible only 
 connection of any kind with other people. 
  
 I'm sure it's much more painful to be that guy than to have to deal with 
 him.  And it doesn't make more than reading a post or two to know what's 
 going on with him.
