Least one get too concerned about the distroy, the proponent also said
"Upon passage, I will create and maintain a
web page for the newsgroup. There will be FAQ section. Readers will be
encourged to block xposted messages on their newsreaders, if they wish
to keep the non believers' rhetoric to a minimum."
There might also develope a recommended killfile list that evolves,
the distroying of thier presense as oposed to going after the person
at the keyboard. Oh a few other schemes can be used as well
s.s-c.bsdm was advised to be moderated however passed unmoderated and
was doing fairly well , last time I looked, at taking care of abuse,
be it spam, off topic and abuse of the group.
