I disagree that the Stromboli votes are obviously phony. Indeed,
I find the Stromboli's statements on the matter to be entirely
plausible.
If this does continue as an issue, or expands as an issue, we might
have to consider some real changes to the way voting works. Telling
the Strombolis they cannot vote, especially after the fact, is not
what I consider to be a reasonable solution.
