I own an SLR but I also enjoy using my little Nikon 3200. This whole "class" issue is somewhat funny to me. I've never judged peoples ability by the camera they have. I have judged their abilities by the results they produce. And it is no surprise that people with basic equipment but a good eye for compostion beat people with the very best equipment. Having said that, discussions in rpd and rpe35mm revolve around equipment. rpd is crowded becasue of the range of equipment. It is logical to break it down that way. Each grouping will have its gathering of people with differences in ability that is independant of the equipment they use. Cheers, Alan. -- -- rec.photo.equipment.35mm user resource: -- http://www.aliasimages.com/rpe35mmur.htm -- e-meil: there's no such thing as a FreeLunch.-- --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05 * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2) |
