 That is probably a good idea. You should only vote YES for any of the 
 groups if you intend to read it. NO votes would indicate some sort of a 
 technical problem, usually. Vote ABSTAIN on that part of the ballot if 
 that suits you.

 I know. The RFD/CFV process is an organized interest poll to see if 
 there is enough interest to justify the creation of any new groups.
