Oh indeed it is a religion (actually a colection of sects exist) just
not a mainstream (or very large) religion.
As for protentail Yes votes, the proposal could get at least 1,000
valid votes, if widely promoted and there are no objections to the
proposal/
Hmm, though it is posible widely promoted could result in a large
mainstream relion NO vote.
