 I would like a more detailed description of what is the problem in the 
 existing group.  Is it a troll, trolls, a tradition of bad behavior, 
 or what? 
  
 Also, as one previous correspondent asked, if the group has 10,000 
 posts monthly, how do you plan to moderate 300 posts a day with 
 humans?  What percentage of posts to the current group do you expect 
 will go to the moderated group?  I don't think anyone wants a group 
 that never starts because the moderation queue builds out of control.
