 It is far from a stupid idea.  rpd gets a high volume of posts 
 each day, and many people don't even have time to wade through 
 the headers. 
  
 The proposal will create a DSLR specific area for those users and 
 releive rpd of those users to the benefit of both groups. 
  
 And by the way, there is nothing that says someone cannot 
 participate in both.
