 Sorry, but it most definitely is not clear. What is the problem you guys 
 have with addressing the question I keep on asking you about why you 
 don't just drop all this stuff in the charter about non-DSLRs? 
 Do you guys realise that you're slowly changing me from someone who was 
 enthusiastically in favour of the proposal, to someone who may vote 
 against it in order to prevent the same topicality flamage that we get 
 now in RPE3?
