I'm ruminating over "SLR-like" and "compact-SLR" but I don't like them either as the element "SLR" will inevitably cause more confusion than help. Further, and you might howl in protest, if we use ZLR then that term might actually become stronger in use outside of the usenet universe ... (some are of the opinion that the word "bokeh" has come into acceptance due to usenet and other forums on the internet... the word is Japanese...).
