 With all due respect to the news.groups-ies, while their efforts 
 rigor is appreciated inasmuch as it is strenghtening the 
 proposlal, I don't believe they have a feel for the culture of 
 the intended group to the degree that I, Thad or you have. 
  
 The proposal as is, is "just right" as far as I'm concerned and 
 will lead to a robust, busy and happy place.  As I have done for 
 rpe35mm, I will happily put up a resource webpage to explain the 
 nature of the group and explain the _minor_ inconsistencies.
