 Thad and and Alan shared their 3rd RFD with me and David in advance, to 
 prevent any overlap with the ZLR proposal (which is already posted). I can 
 say that it is very clear that no high end digital camera will be left out 
 of either of the two newsgroups..and the line is very clear cut.
