*Oh my!* perhaps *we* are getting soft in our middle age!?
and not just 'prohibits', but *"explicitly prohibits"*
Seems there was a desire to 'get tough' even back then.
Unfortunately, the 'get tough' was directed at only "commercial"
advertising :( Nor was anything mentioned about anons or any of the
other maladies we face today.
A dream come true would be all 3 charters brought current and conformed to
each other, (mayhaps making a spot for the prosumer ZLR?)
and don't be afraid to get tough as hell! :)
