 what is the real reason for splitting out the RPD?  it is not the number of 
 messages... most of them are troll instigated.  do you really think that 
 creating more NG is going to reduce the toll messages?  HELL NO! 
 the only thing which will stop Trolls is moderating the group. 
 Run the ng thru a server, clean the product and then load it up to the 
 NG servers.  it mostly works for most of the NGs out there. 
  
 a few slip in or by the moderator staff but nearly all are deleted. 
  
 this whole RFD and split out is a total waste of time and will solve 
 nothing. 
  
 I will happily vote NO to the whole process and continue to run the troll 
 free 
 elist for Canon dSLRs   ALL the Canon dSLRs!!
