 Great, so we have single point failures taken out all moderation for 
 this supposed group.  What happens if your ISP connection fails ? 
  
 Secondly, I only see one moderator here not two. Nothing personal, but 
 a person who hasn't previously expressed any interest in the group, 
 lives with the other moderator (so they are busy / away at the same 
 times / exposed to the same ISP failures) just isn't distinct enough 
 to be counted as a "back-up moderator".
