 Same here. If it were up to me, I'd drop it for failing the estimated 
 traffic test. OTOH, even though it'll almost certainly fail to get 
 enough votes, it'll at least result in a pre-written RFD that'll be 
 ready for some day in the future when there /is/ enough interest to 
 justify another attempt.
