Until I recently returned to this group (after a 10+ year absence) I
hadn't realized this. It is perhaps illuminating that one of the
criticisms that used to be levelled against the RFD/CFV procedure in uk.*
is that "it takes months to create a group", often quoting as precedent
the "fact" that this is the case in the Big8.
So, I guess you guys haven't invented Fast-Track either, then?
