 Investing in individual bonds is quite different from owning a bond fund. I 
 don't feel that discussing the merits of a particular bond is appropriate 
 for either MIS or MIMF. Some investors prefer the challenge of constructing 
 their own bond portfolio and a newsgroup dedicated to bonds only would be a 
 great asset.
