[snip] It seems to me that your topics are written from the POV of an American investor. Given that usenet is international, shouldn't you include some refernece to international investing. For instance, another topic might be "the effect of exchange rates on bonds". Another option would be to change "government (city, state, and federal)" to read "government (city, state, federal, and national)".
