 Hi. My tests are still running, but I have some preliminary results: 
  
 On machines with 1 CPU, the failure rate is close to 0% 
 On machines with 2 CPUs, the failure rate is close to 100%. 
  
 Therefore, yes, I can offer a VM to reproduce.
