Does Power Manager function as intended in 4.20?
-Screensaver Management at bottom of GUI?
-ability to change screen blank after..period?
-ability to suspend after locking screen?
Users on the Debian Forum are saying correct behaviour only happens
after light-locker is uninstalled after installing xfce4-screensaver.
