 I already identified xfce4-session being the reason possibly, and just 
 tested 
 this on freshly installed sid with a console-only installation (without any 
 desktop): 
 installing xfce4-session there pulls in light-locker. 
 So this issue needs to be fixed in xfce4-session now.
