XPost: linux.debian.bugs.dist From: coriglianogiulianijuanmanuel@gmail.com Source: tzsetup Version: 1:0.122 Severity: normal X-Debbugs-Cc: coriglianogiulianijuanmanuel@gmail.com Hi! I'll describe the problem: If I select 'Argentina' as my location in the Debian installer, it sets the time zone as '0000 UTC'. With the help of the people at IRC #debian-boot channel, we confirmed the problem. In 'tzmap.override', Argentina (AR) presents a wrong time zone (America/Buenos_Aires). The correct one is 'America/Argentina/Buenos_Aires', which is the one you get by using 'dpkg-reconfigure tzdata' and selecting 'Americas' > 'Buenos Aires (Argentina)'. I guess it has to do with that, but I dont know. Thanks for your time in advance! --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05 * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2) |
