Short answer: There will not be such a support.
So, as of today, Debian 14 ("trixie") will be the last release to
support armel, with security support for about three years, and possibly
another two years via LTS.
The armel architecture will perhaps continue to exist as a "port"
architecture, in unstable only, so likely not suitable for a deployment
in the field.
This is not set in stone, armel can be brought back as a release
architecture - but that would require efforts. At first there ought to
be at least two people ("porter") who are well acquainted with Deban and
can take responsibility that architecture stays in good shape, and for a
long time. If you can provide or motivate those, it still might be
needed to convince people this is really worth it. But that's doable in
my opinion.
Still, act soon - as with the removal people will care less about armel.
