 Bot using the nio Python library for Matrix.  It's extensible and runs 
 scripts in response to Matrix messages. 
  
 This is a Matrix bot that basically works and some of us need a Matrix bot. 
  
 I would be happy to have a co-maintainer or a team but I'm capable of doing 
 this on my own along with some friends who have helped out already.
