I started doing that an hour ago with matrix-pickle{-derive,}. I don't
know how much gain will come from it: those packages were not there
before, nobody was relying on them, we would not break anything already
existing in there. But I see the logic behind it: if the time delta
between acceptance of deps becomes too large, it may start to become an
issue. So why not.
