 I have this interesting result though:

 3: wlan0: mtu 1500 qdisc noqueue state UP
 group default qlen 1000
     link/ether bc:cd:99:00:3d:18 brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff
     altname wlp2s0
     altname wlxbccd99003d18
     inet 192.168.0.208/24 brd 192.168.0.255 scope global dynamic
 noprefixroute wlan0
        valid_lft 1209586sec preferred_lft 1058386sec
     inet6 2001:470:1f15:10c:becd:99ff:fe00:3d18/64 scope global dynamic
 mngtmpaddr proto kernel_ra
        valid_lft 2591990sec preferred_lft 604790sec
     inet6 2001:470:1f15:10c:7922:456f:9923:7a9e/64 scope global dynamic
 mngtmpaddr noprefixroute
        valid_lft 2591990sec preferred_lft 604790sec
     inet6 fe80::d658:47f3:7d84:b5e/64 scope link
        valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever

 Here, I have one (amount correct) link-local address (address incorrect)
 but two (amount incorrect) global addresses, one of which is correct.
 I can ssh into the system using the correct EUI64 global address.

 For comparison, here’s a bullseye system in the same LAN:

 3: wlan0: mtu 1500 qdisc mq state UP
 group default qlen 1000
     link/ether 00:1d:e0:77:c1:7b brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff
     altname wlp3s0
     altname wls3
     inet 192.168.0.192/24 brd 192.168.0.255 scope global dynamic wlan0
        valid_lft 1201822sec preferred_lft 1201822sec
     inet6 2001:470:1f15:10c:21d:e0ff:fe77:c17b/64 scope global dynamic
 mngtmpaddr
        valid_lft 2591916sec preferred_lft 604716sec
     inet6 fe80::21d:e0ff:fe77:c17b/64 scope link
        valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever

 All addresses and amounts thereof are as expected.

 bye,
 //Thorsten
