You're working offline and have no access to the Internet otherwise? If you have a machine connected to the outside world at all, it is worth running apt-get update and upgrade or equivalent commands regularly in order to keep up with security updates. If you can do that, then the point release disks are relatively immaterial. If you can't do that - then download one DVD - the first DVD for your architecture, mount it and use apt-cdrom to update from the new medium.
