| Subj: Checksums live images |
From: kp@osnanet.de Dear all: I happened to notice, and am wondering. Why do the weekly live images come with MD5 and SHA1 checksums? IIRC, that's since the release of Trixie. https://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/weekly-live-builds/amd64/iso-hybrid/ https://get.debian.org/cdimage/weekly-live-builds/amd64/iso-hybrid/ This seems wrong to me as it might lead people to believe those are secure hashes. Any thoughts? -- Kevin Price --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05 * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2) |
