 SORRY!!!!  I would like to take this time to apologize to ACI-Internet for 
 making false accusations against them.  The info I was going on was 2nd 
 hand, and my allegations of fraud and hi-jacking the .ca agenda were not 
 true.  I jumped the gun on this one.  Even though this posting is really 
 old, I wanted to say sorry to ACI-Internet and I hope anyone reading this 
 does not get the wrong impression about them. ( they've been around 8 
 years now, so I'm sure they are doing something right ).  Anyways back 
 to work now.
