 Remember the Dalton McGuinty auto insurance freeze? Just got my car 
 insurance renewal - yup, 13.1% INCREASE! I just KNEW it was gonna 
 happen, and I KNEW what my insurance agent was going to say - "it 
 reflects increases in effect before the freeze on rates." 
 Oh, and she also said, "Because of the freeze, you won't see an 
 increase next year, but by then the freeze will be lifted, so you 
 will." 
 I can't think of a hooker, pimp, drug dealer in this town that doesn't 
 have much more honesty and integrity than Dalton McQuinty. 
 Thank gawd I didn't vote for the treasonous, treacherous, lying 
 scumbag. Remember when politicians were "honourable"? Next time, why 
 not elect a government from among the province's penitentiary inmates 
 - couldn't be any worse, could it? At least we'd have a fresh crop of
