 exactly what all does the amnesty entail. i know fellows who were up 
 north hunting and were stopped by the mounties. if they did not have 
 they're certificate for each rifle they were told they would be 
 confiscated. other people have told me the amnesty covers everyrthing 
 from being able to register guns that weren't registered before to being 
 able to use guns that aren't registered for the term of the amnesty.
