Similar experience at Wal Mart regarding replacement shaver heads.
The price of a shaver purchased in Canada at Wal Mart as gift to family
 member was pretty good.
That shaver later turned out to be a US listed model.
Later, as expected, replacement heads were needed.
Wal Mart had replacement heads that wouldn't fit.
They were for same brand but for a Canadian listed model shaver.
We resorted to the internet and had to deal separately with USA and Canadian
sites of the shaver manufacturer to sort out and order replacement heads!
Original retail price OK; after sale service 'none'. When the
non-availability of spares was pointed out it was almost a 'shrug'!
But that's probably how they keep their costs and prices down?
