Seems that 2 years ago I bid on putting a couple of new systems in a local
church. Instead of using my company that had a lower bid on higher
efficiency R-22 heat pumps, they used "Billy-Joe-Jim-Bob" because they
*trusted* him (he grew up here). Now they have a pair of oversized Puron
heat pumps that have never worked right from day one. This is an old deep
south Pentacostal Church (AMEN!! and pass the snakes). It is their custom
that when there is a death, that the bodies get layed out in the church
sanctuary until they are buried. They haven't been able to do this in warm
weather since they got their new Puron heat pumps. There is something to be
said for church "Building and Grounds" Committees, but I can't think of what
it is off hand.
