 Sorry to contradict you,  but I wouldn't pay a dime on something I feel I 
 don't owe.    I do agree about taking them to court .    But be prepared in 
 either case,  from your example, or from my opinion,  if you do go to court, 
 telus will cut you off as a customer.   Others have who have taken the
